Agreement to Terms

By using XRegrets (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Extension.

Not Affiliated with X.com

XRegrets is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to X Corp (formerly Twitter, Inc.) in any way. X, Twitter, and related trademarks are the property of X Corp. We are an independent tool that automates actions you could perform manually.

License Terms

Free Tier: You may use the Extension for free with a limit of 20 deletions. No registration required.

Lifetime License: A paid license grants you:

Unlimited deletions
License for personal use on devices you own or control
All future updates and compatibility fixes

License Restrictions:

Licenses are personal and non-transferable
Sharing license keys is prohibited and may result in revocation
One license = one user (you may use on multiple personal devices)
Reselling or redistributing licenses is not permitted

Acceptable Use

You agree to use XRegrets only to:

Delete your own posts, replies, and likes on X.com
Manage your own X.com account

You agree NOT to:

Use the Extension on accounts you don't own
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension
Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Share or sell your license key

X.com Terms of Service

You acknowledge that using automation tools on X.com may be subject to X.com's Terms of Service. XRegrets is designed to mimic human behavior and includes rate limiting, but we cannot guarantee that X.com will not take action against accounts using automation. You use this Extension at your own risk regarding X.com's policies.

Irreversible Actions

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once you delete content using XRegrets, it cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend downloading your Twitter/X archive before using the Extension if you want to preserve any content. We are not responsible for any data loss.

Refund Policy

We provide 20 free deletions so you can test the Extension before purchasing. This is your “trial period.” If the Extension works for those 20 deletions, it will work for unlimited deletions. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

License Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke licenses for:

Sharing or selling license keys
Using the Extension on accounts you don't own
Any form of abuse or fraud
Violation of these terms

Disclaimer of Warranties

XRegrets is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The Extension will work without interruption
X.com will not change their website in ways that break functionality
Your X.com account will not be affected by X.com's policies

We do commit to providing timely updates when X.com makes changes that affect functionality (typically within 24 hours for paid license holders).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XRegrets and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of data (deleted tweets)
Account suspension or action by X.com
Any damages resulting from use of the Extension

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
